If you would like to proceed further - firstly complete our Letter of Authority, and send it back to our office for your FREE Pension Transfer Report via:

Please note if you have more than one fund in the UK please fill out a separate form for each

THEN


1. We will contact your pension provider in the UK to get the information we require
2. Once we receive your pension details from the UK we will complete your FREE Pension Transfer Report and then contact you before proceeding further. You then make the decision whether to transfer or not
3. On your decision to transfer your pension we will provide instructions for your UK Pension provider to transfer the funds into a registered New Zealand QROPS fund of your choice.
4. Upon the QROPS fund receiving the pension transfer we will send you a written confirmation of the transfer
5. We are able to provide ongoing reporting on your fund
