To join or transfer to Grosvenor Kiwisaver Scheme firstly please read the Grosvenor Kiwisaver Investment Statement

Then fill out one of the following forms, you can either enter your details online and print it out and sign and send it back to us or just print it out:

• For PAYE or already in Kiwisaver and wishing to transfer
• Self employed or not working and over 18
• Kiwisaver for Children

If you could fill out the parts highlighted or tick boxes where indicated and sign and send it back to the above, otherwise you can email us and we can mail out the application and investment statement forms to you. Please also read our DISCLOSURE STATEMENT.

Please don't forget to include a copy of photographic identification such as passport/ drivers licence or birth certificate for children.
